Your happiness with our products is warranted for 15 days from receipt. If product is defective, damaged or you are just not happy with your purchase, we will repair, replace, or refund your purchase price less freight.
All items are shipped with insurance. Once the item leaves the factory the shipper is responsible for the damage. You must report Any damage within 10 days for it to be covered.
The buyer is solely responsible for returned freight costs no matter what the reason.
To keep costs down, some items are built at the time the order is paid. All stall gates take 7-10 business days to build. We start With raw steel and build them from start to finish.
